The George At Home – A New Service Of The George Hotel, Top Quality food As A Take Away!

Something innovative is happening at The George Hotel on The Isle of Wight.

There is nothing unusual about having a take away meal - Indonesian, Indian, Chinese etc but the innovative chefs at The George Hotel have come up with an idea that would be hard to find in London or the rest of the U.K

The George Hotel, a beautiful 17th Century town house in the heart of the bustling village and harbour of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight has started an innovative service from the hotel.

Starters include Gruyere and Pancetta Tart, for main courses you can choose from:

Free Range Chicken Casserole with Paris Brown Mushrooms and a Tarragon Mustard Sauce, Toulouse Sausage Cassoulet, Or The George Fish Pie. All desserts serve six and include chocolate roulade, mincemeat and almond tart and Sticky toffee pudding. The menu can be faxed to you.

• The Dinner Party all you have to do is provide candles wine or champagne and the setting.
• Weekly Commuters to the Island – on their return to the island they can collect a meal as they disembark from the ferry
• Boats moored in Yarmouth Harbour – can pre-order, then relax on their boat whilst watching the sunset whilst enjoying food provided by the George Hotel
